This is where you access a wide variety of continuing education class information. All of these postings will have credit hours attached. Most classes will offer registration directly through this site's shopping cart, some will require registration through another site.  Since we strive to let you know about as many education offerings as possible, please note locations, times and registration requirements carefully.

We offer a wide variety of classes to keep you updated on the laws, rules and issues that affect your ability to assist the consumer in a real estate transaction.

FAQ  How much education do I need to maintain my real estate license?

In New Hampshire, licensees must complete 12 hours of continuing education every two years. Three of these hours must be the Core Course required of New Hampshire licensees.

In Maine, licensees must complete 21 hours of continuing education every two years. Three of these hours must be the Core Course required of Maine licensees.
